Tyekoon’s Tires

"Went to get my catalytic converters and mechanic Oscar told me he opens at 8. I come the next day he told me to come and they didn’t open. It was already 10 so I left. I call and lady told me to come the next day at 9:30-10. I came and saw them open and told me they weren’t opening anymore so I call later and Mechanic finally told me to come Monday and he wasn’t there. Lady told me she’d call before she’s closed to arrange the right day and time since she was closing early at 3. Well she never called me LOL and I drove by on my lunch at 2 and they were closed. Basically kept coming everyday to check for a whole week or two by now and he’s never there and they always lie to me about the times they open and when he will be there to fix my car he said he’d fix. They open when they want to and never the times they say. Another customer Came at 9 since that’s the time they told him and he left too. I guess I’m not the only one they lie to. They gave me the mechanics number so I can talk to him directly and I call him and ask him about the job he told me he’d do and proceeds to hang up. What a joke. If you don’t want to work then don’t have a business or if you don’t want to do the job then at least be honest so people won’t keep coming and then feeling played and lied to. Very unprofessional. The sign for the shop says “mechanic on duty” that’s a lie too cause he’s never there."

"I went here. They sold me a used tire. Better pricing than others in the same street. They treated me nice and the guy didn't took long to mount my spare tire. Very satisfied with the service. I definitely will go here next time I need a used tire."

"I HAD A FLAT YESTERDAY! TO MY SURPRISE they did it wrong ( Dallas tire shop) so NOW I am fixing their mistake ( Randy's Tire Shop)..I was told they just put a plug and I paid for a patch. Long story short I am happy it getting fixed"
