"THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE!! I’m not able to give 0 stars but I highly advise for you to go elsewhere! Customer service is very unprofessional and rude! Specially tech Chris Villacorta and Hispanic girl at the cashier. I had taken my car to get calibrated and he spoke to me as if I was stupid or not understanding what he was talking about. I called to make a complaint asked to speak with a supervisor and was on hold for over 45 mins. Finally lady came in the phone and didn’t acknowledge my concern. They don’t understand they are providing a service and not giving a free service."

"Terrible place! Only work by appointment, if you don’t attend to the appointment they fine you $50. Super rude, zero customer service, the manager with the glasses has no customer service and is rude, wouldn’t recommend to anyone, had issues with them since the first day I came to get the device installed. The front desk girl is terrible also, same as the manager, if I could give this place zero stars I would."

"I give it a 1 star because they don’t havr a zero, because that’s what they deserve. These people are so rude. Racist and very disrespectful. Not worth taking the car there . There’s many places that do a better job and more respectful. They need customers services clases… when you call they tell you one thing and when you go another. The only person who is not rude is the guy with the bear that puts the machine. The girls is very unprofessional she had no knowledge of her job. And the manager he is the worst of all. They want respect but give non. I hope they close this place down. I think the people who gives a good review must be there friends or family because no person who actually has gone the could say they give a good service because they don’t.. unless you like to be treated properly and respect themselves won’t go there. I’m sorry I didn’t read the reviews before I went there. They don’t know that a happy customer will call pay more regardless. I rather pay a lot more for a good customer experience.. worst place ever. Sorry I had to go there. Hopefully they get a new manager not like David and receptionist and maybe the place will get better. If they don’t like their job they should get a new one instead of treating people the way they do. Sorry I don’t have a number to whom I could give a complaint. Save your peace of mind and money. Don’t go there… save your self a lot of trouble."

"From my experience using this company I am shocked by some of the reviews below; I had a five star experience using them. I put myself in this position and honestly they've made me feel better about what I'm going through. They are very detailed, organized and professional even if the building isn't, I've only had issues with one employee and that's the girl that works the front window. She acts as if the job is too much for her to handle and should honestly be replaced. But other than that I've had a great experience. When it comes to making a payment they're always on top of everything and if I ever need help they're there to give me the best advise on what to do. If I have questions for my device I always try to speak to Kiyana and she's always very helpful and attentive. Kayla has always been very Pleasant and speedy. In my opinion if you can't handle the situation that you put yourself in maybe you're better off staying in jail... this place isn't that bad y'all just mad at your self and take it out on the employees."
