"I am going middle of the road for my review. I will preface this by saying this company is the only place I have had oil changes done so maybe they are better than others. Previously my sons would take care of that for me. This visit was the result of a coupon sent to me after my first ever visit when I happened to look at the receipt they gave me and it mentioned windshield cleaning that was marked as completed. I knew for sure this had not been done. It was not done this visit either although still marked as completed. The employees are very nice and friendly and the one who responded to my previous report was very proactive in responding to me and sending the coupon. I do know it seems like such a small thing. I wasn't expecting that as part of the service. But when you put it specifically on the list of services performed and then I know it wasn't, it leaves questions in my mind as to whether the other services were performed as indicated. I did see them clean other windshields while I was waiting, this just did not happen on mine. Hopefully all is well and other things were taken care of but I would not know. The whole process takes longer than I expected and I have had to wait behind cars each time but that isn't necessarily their fault. Maybe I just need to manage my expectations."
