"I selected them for body work solely on the good reviews. They did the repairs on my Highlander in only 3 days, but didn't replace the rear bumper per the insurance estimate. My wife picked it up and noticed the holes still punched through the bumper from the collision and asked about it. They said that's where the plate is mounted. No, the plate goes above where it was intact already. I called and left a message. Didn't hear back and called again. Said part would be there on Wednesday. Went on Thursday but part was not there. Finally, work was done after part arrived later that day. My gray bumper was replaced with a black one! Hoping it doesn't fade over time. There was no communication or apology for the inconvenience. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend."

"I have used them in the past and so has my boyfriend. Had them replace a window today. Picked my car up and realized they had not used a tinted window. It is what I had. Called when I left and realized they had not replaced with the same. So disappointed when I called and they told me they didn’t tint. WTH? Why didn’t they tell that before I had them replace? Other windows we have had replaced they used tinted. Waste of my time and money."
