"The staff is really nice. However, on the last two consecutive visits, they did not top off any fluids. The previous visit left me with a small oil leak afterwards. My most recent visit was on 2/29/24. I rely heavily on fluid checks and fluid top offs. Please make sure your staff is following through on this. The service at this location used to be 5-star worthy."

"I have gotten my oil change with this company for years now. I’ve even worked in a quick lube place myself. I went to go get a top off, and I was told that I was not able to do that since I had synthetic oil. I don’t use synthetic oil. I use the basic economy oil. I was told by the rep that the basic economy oil is a synthetic blend and that they don’t do top offs with the synthetic blends. Did not make sense to me at all being that I’ve always used this company and always gotten a top off. I’m well within the 3,00 mile limit as well. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to use this company as well."

Granted, I have been here before with no issue.. I also found out on 12/4/2023, the prior technician broke the tip of my oil dipping stick and did not inform me of the matter."
