"Very disappointed in the service this time. Took car in for overheating, supposed to have performed thorough diagnostic testing, paid $1800 for repair, drove off and returned because car was still overheating. Checked car and was told it would be an additional $1600 to fix the problem. I'm not satisfied with how this visit turned out. What diagnostic test did I pay for and now an additional $1600 which includes $900 labor fee. I just feel this visit wasn't performed correctly because I paid for what I was told was wrong and that wasn't the case. If diagnostic testing was performed why didn't they find the problem then and not after I paid for what they said was wrong....I really trusted this shop and they do good work."
