"If I could give it 0 stars I would!!! Do not take your vehicle to work here!!! They get you with being nice and sweet at first once you leave your vehicle there to be diagnosed they switch up. We have had our vehicle there now for our a week. We came in there to get a. Diagnosed which we were pretty sure it was our fuel pump. We came in around 9:30am and didn't get it diagnosed until after 3pm. Yes they offered to have someone drop us off at our home 20mi aways. The part they needed to fix was not going to get into their shop until Monday and then the freeze happened and Monday to work on vehicle went to Wednesday. Wednesday we get a call that something else broke and now we have to pay not only the $1300 for the fuel pump (which we had all weekend to find the exact amount to pay for the vehicle) to them wanting to charge us $3000 for the fuel pump and fuel tank!! We told them we don't have the money for that and we need a cheaper part. They took all day Wednesday and Thursday to find a used part in Dallas and then to find out Thursday that the part they bought was broken. It is now 1 week and a few days since they have been able to find us a fuel tank that won't over charge us and all we get is the run around that our truck will be fix eta of x date and then it keeps moving. We would have been better off taking our vehicle somewhere else to fix the fuel pump then these jerks!! Worse service ever! I am so disappointed with their service department! Photo is what they sent us regarding our fuel tank that the fuel tank connector crumbled."
