"I came in to get a simple bolt on exhaust system done on my Jeep. I already purchased it - just wanted them to install since I didn't have time to do it myself. I was quoted $150 and came back the next day. When I arrived, they tried to tell me I got the wrong kit (even though the label clearly said it was for my make and model) and they tried to sell me on them doing a "custom" exhaust system for $350. After I told them no and I'll do it myself, they tried to show me how what I bought wouldn't fit. The problem is where they were holding the muffler wasn't where it should have gone. I would not trust this shop to do any work on my vehicles after that."

"THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I call to get an invoice/receipt for our company card being used and am given the run around. I am put on hold and then hung up on. So I call back the guy says everything is confidential and call back for the person who WRITES the receipts!? I said okay so you write receipts for credit card charges? I ask for names if I’m to call back and I’m told everything is confidential again! Then he says the lady previous was the manager! Unacceptable and this is not okay."
