"These guys are GREAT!!! (long review below) I work on 290 (and if you know 290, you know the constant driving hazard I deal with daily) and have 2 metal shards (not just nails) in my back tires. The first time it happened I went to discount tire at 7:30 am because I have a stupid waste of money tire protection plan that was no help because my tread was too low. So I called all over the area and only found one place that was open that early (and even they didn't open until 8:30). The customer service was not great, but they were fast so whatever. The second time it happened. I called around again and found Tico! Best price, best customer service, super fast, and so so friendly! All of the staff that we encountered was beyond friendly and helpful...one guy even helped my son get into the Durango while I strapped the baby in the car seat on the other side, and made sure he was securely in his seat before closing the door. And besides Tico's staff being super friendly, the cell phone store next door invited us in to sit in the AC while our tire was being repaired...YAY! As soon as we got in the car, I called my husband and told him about how great the service was and that we DEFINITELY will be using Tico Tire Service from now on!! ***The only downside (and not review worthy, but for your convenience if you go there) is that they only accept cash, and I never carry cash; so I had to go to the ATM at the Valero on the corner. No big deal, we needed snacks anyway! Thank you Tico Tire Service for being great!"
