"I am very displeased with the service I received on my Phantom. My Entertainment/Screen stopped working end of last year, I took it in immediately to Rolls Royce Motor Cars North Houston, a company of the indigo auto group. After waiting for 2 weeks, they were able to finally have a technician look at the phantom and diagnose the problem. He said the module and control unit were out and would need to be replaced. The part did not arrive for another two weeks and once it did, the technicians were not competent enough to install it and make it communicate with the whole entertainment system. This delayed the repair another week while they got a hold of technicians in the main headquarters. $8000 dollars later and after not having my phantom over a month, I was finally told to pick it up. I took it home and was with my colleague physicians when the screen went out again. This was humiliating. I took it back and they took it for another week and told me they reset sensors and it is now working fine. Again same problem took it home and few days later it stopped working. Needless to say, I will not be taking my vehicle back to Rolls Royce Motor Cars North Houston, a company of the indigo auto group. This is beyond frustrating. Not to mention, they do not provide any loaners or accommodations while the vehicle is in repair. I will never purchase a vehicle from Indigo nor go back to there dealership for any repairs."
