"WARNING DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! HE IS THE WORST MECHANIC EVER. HE STILL HAS MY VEHICLE AND WONT RETURN IT. HE ASKED FOR MONEY UPFRONT TO START WORKING ON MY ENGINE AND PROMISED TO HAVE MY TRUCK READY IN 2 WEEKS. IT HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND EVERY WEEK HE HAD A DIFFERENT EXCUSE AS TO WHY IT WASN'T READY. AS OF 2 WEEKS AGO I HAVE HAD NO CONTACT AND HE HAS NOT OPENED THE SHOP. I HAVE FILED A POLICE REPORT FOR THEFT ON HIM! I REPEAT DO NOT USE HIM!"

"Had a “new” $900 transmission installed, Memo assured me the car would run smoothly after the transmission takes but a couple of months later and the car won’t even run anymore. He also scammed me out of a new ignition starter, $240 and it turns out the starter was not the problem, it was a wiring issue. So much money WASTED at this shop. Use with caution and ASK FOR RECEIPTS, DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT RECEIPTS (especially if he says the parts are “new”) I asked for receipts both times and he “had it somewhere he has to go look for it” but never actually provided any receipts for any transactions."

"I took my car to get a motor replacement and he completely screwed me! (Memo the Owner) The first day he had allot of cars in the lot so asked me to leave the car next door at the vetinerian office, and they of course had a tow truck driver tow my car I didn’t find out till a few days later when I went to check up on it. So I paid to get it back to she honest shop I thought it was(memo Muffler). I gave him $1,000 upfront so he can get a used motor for me , so he did but he had no idea what he was doin and day by day he would tell me hey it’s almost done come by pick it up. When I would arrive his shop doors would be closed and business was done for the day. I promise you guys he told me this about 6 times and all those six time it was just excuse after excuse every day I wouldn’t recommend this shop at all, A friend of mine also had a truck there for same reason . (Motor replacement) Money was given to replace motor but he never replaced it all he did was CLEAN the motor internal and turned it in, he found out because later he was having issues and I told him my situation and he decided to take to dealer to see what MEMO had done. They told him he still had the original motor the truck came with.!"
