"One thing I can say that the owner will answer in your time of need and can send a tow to come get you and rescue no matter where you are in the city. Everyone knows how stressful it can be when you are stranded and have no clue what is wrong with your car. He has serviced all of my vehicles at some point and even did oil changes. It also awesome that you can describe whats going on and he can pretty much help you try to figure it out over the phone in case you want to try to self diagnose.
