"We had booked tickets from Houston to Dallas through Flixbus for a bus that was operated by A Ambassador. The bus was around 30 minutes late. As soon as we departed on this 5+ hours trip we realized that this bus had no air conditioning, there was a complete failure in the air conditioning system while the temperature outside was 110 F! Additionally, the fans were not working, so there was no air flowing in the bus, while we passed the Woodlands my 75 years old parent fainted due to lack of air and feeling of suffocating, the other passengers asked the Driver to make an unplanned stop on any gas station as some of them also felt they will faint out. Also, we were shocked to find out that the bus door was not completely sealed while driving, and this problem was apparent when we left Houston, but at a higher speed, this problem became even worse because the bus door opened completely while the bus was moving around 75 MPH! Jeopardizing the safety of the passengers, and bringing more hot air from the outside. The passengers had to close the doors with their own hands while the bus was moving at a high speed! This was by far the worst trip of our lives."

"We are travelling from Houston to Dallas 7.30 in the morning today. What a rude operator she is. She doesn't want to help anyone. One of my fellow passengers could have missed her bus. She is not helping at all. She is not even answering anybody’s questions. Not able to confirm if we are getting on the right bus. The location she announced was different from the ticket. Any questions, she won't listen -ask customer service. The bus do not have an FLIX SIGNAGE, which makes it hard for first time travellers."
