"They did a great job with my car ,after someone hit my car while parked the whole bumper was very damaged my car looks like new . It took a little longer for the job to be finished and I was miserable without my car ..but it was worth the wait I highly recommend this body shop."

"Edit, 6/7/19: I've just had occasion to use Westheimer Collision again this week and it was without hesitation that I chose them after the exceptional, courteous and professional service and attention received 10 months ago (review below). I really don't care if I lived in Dallas. I'd drive the 16 hours (two trips back and forth) to have John take care of my vehicle because he really looks out for you, saves you money, and is as fair a businessman as they come. He had Will do the work this time and Will is a perfectionist. I firmly believe that if you're lucky enough to find a business like this, you should return their care for your interests with loyalty. Thanks again, John and Will, you guys are THAT good! -------------------------------- After reading these reviews it appeared that pretty much all of the recent reviews were 5 star and mentioning a lot of good things about John, so I went in for an estimate which was quickly prepared and John also gave me an important tip about insurance coverage for rental cars which I was unaware of. That tip saved money. The car had estimates from three companies. Pricing at Westheimer came in right in the middle - the work came in right at the top. John even saved me 20% off of my deductible. The insurance company estimated 4 days for the repair and John had it done in that amount of time, actually a day ahead of what was originally quoted. I don't understand any of the negative reviews here because my experience with John and Westheimer paint and body was top-notch, handled expediently, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone.
