"Drove 3 miles and my car broke down. Oil is EVERYWHERE. I called and they hung up on me once, so I called back. They won't answer for me now. NEVER AGAIN. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. A few hours later at the mechanic: My car has no oil OR filter in it!!! Now I'm facing hundreds in damage for a failed oil change!!! Again, will NEVER recommend again!"
