In the previous inspection that you carried out at no time did you mention the tint because we would've solved it before going this second time around, also without mentioning that it is the same car without any change to the tint of the windows from these previous two years that you yourself inspected, so , how did the vehicle pass before, and not now? If you're really a qualified inspector you must communicate to the customer all the necessary that need to be changed to the vehicle so you don't waste people's time to go again and then say something else…we're not here to waste time...if you don't know, all of this has to do with good customer service"
