"This automotive repair shop is small, but very personal. The owner/lead technician, has been open for many years, yet continue to be fair, respectful and honest. It's nice to have him locally and neighborly."

"DO NOT COME HERE! Horrible horrible service. A simple inspection and fog bulb replacement took OVER 1 hr 30 minutes with NO WAITING. First vehicle here and was told 25 minutes. Yes I'm here writing this review. Still waiting on my car. Told them forget it I have to leave and guess what, reception person left and I'm still waiting for them to return. 10 minutes and counting."

"Very poor customer service, not friendly at all.I met the owner and decided to support his business. An employee promised to call back with status on my paint job (on due date) in 10 minutes, then 20 minutes, then right back—never did. I had to call for status each time. No apology offered. The wait was longer than promised by a day. That was no problem, although I had a rental car, so it was inconvenient, especially with no time-frame on when the job would be complete. Interruptions happen, but at least keep the customer informed, and keep your promises to call back. He could have has someone else call me? They didn't protect the mats in my car, left more grim on them. The paint job looked good, but it's at least two shades darker. They didn't blend, so the hood is noticeably darker than the side panels. They did blend on the bumper so the color change isn't noticeable . Very cold reception when I arrived to pick my car up:-( Truthfully don't know how they stay in business with that kind of service to new customers. I was hoping for more, as I like to support Black owned businesses. Sorry, but I can't recommend this shop. I will most likely have someone else blend the paint job. Hopefully their service will improve."
