"I came to this location this morning and was a little upset on how they operate. For one I went in for an inspection, oil change and I even proceeded to let them rotate my tires. The oil change alone was expensive. It was $125 for the oil change . Now if I would have asked for the best synthetic oil then I would understand the price but I wasn't even given an option on oils and prices. When I asked, and I was given the response "its the best synthetic oil for your viechle...." Now, no biggie, I just found it misleading and pricey, but my major problem was how I noticed there was grease on my grey seats when I drove away from the area."
"When my regular provider was unavailable, I discovered Steve’s on my way to a different service company. I was hesitant to try because, being a woman, you can’t trust all auto service companies to be honest and forthright with you… I must say I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the team at Steve’s Automotive. The waiting area is clean and neat with a work station for those needing a desk/outlet. After they did my state inspection, I mentioned being close to time for an oil change as well.
