"I called one morning to get a price on replacement of a daytime running light for my BMW. I was asked to bring in my car so someone could take a look it. I informed the person that I was coming from work so I could not get there until about 4:00 PM but I would try my best to get there earlier. I pulled up at about 4:05 PM and waited patiently in the office for a couple of minutes. A man walked in and rudely question the fact that I arrived at 4:15 PM to ask for an estimate.
