"Our car wouldn’t start ( not the battery). I live within 2 min from the shop so I called to see if they could come diagnose my car. They were so friendly and helpful on the phone, and they sent out Sam to help us out. We figured out the problem, cold weather can cause a number of issues but we were really lucky that it wasn’t serious! He explained the issue once the car turned and and he was on his way. I offered to pay some kids of house call fee but Sam was just happy to help. So many other places would have taken advantage of that. Having several mechanics in my family ( they all live in San Antonio) I can’t say enough about this experience. I literally felt like I had called on my brother or stepdad to come help me and now I have a place ( very close to home ) that I can trust! I plan on giving them my business from now on.
