"Rude and terrible attitude. Asked a simple question to see if they were closed while there were still customers going in and out and if they had their lights on. But the guy in the front said don’t you see it’s already 8 PM? How would I know your business hours from just driving by and stopping to get my tire fixed? No need to unload your bad attitude and negative energy onto customers."
"Not a good place for balance, I had him service for tire mounting and balance for 4 tires, charged me $125. But the front wheels were not balance (he did bad job), so i had to bring it back to the shop for him to rebalance the wheels. He charged me another $14. This is RIDICULOUS, you did a bad job, now customer bring it back to fix it, you charge them again. His reason is "balance is now warranty". Will not ever come back here. Not recommended to anyone."
