"Hello everyone. I went in for a headlight replacement on my bmw 3 series only. I dropped my vehicle off on Thursday and the owner called me on Friday and said the light is working. However, I’ll need a new battery and alternator. I did but understand why I needed replacements considering the fact I just drove my out of town and back! Nothing was wrong and I did not have any lights on the dashboard concerning this matter. Once I arrived at the shop they had 3 batteries on the ground by my vehicle, a charger under my hood, a blown 40 fuse on the passenger side floor. I didn’t make it 3 miles up the street before I needed a tow. I called the shop back and the owner said, I told you, you need an alternator replacement. The owner Hass tried to get over on me by having me to pay extra for his shade tree practices but he did not prevail. Once I was able to look under my hood I seen plastic tape covering wires and a battery that was not my original. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The mechanics has to YouTube almost everything and are not well trained to work on foreign vehicles. This place should be called “Sad Face Car Center”! You get no paperwork or receipt."

"The worst place to go to. If they can’t overcharge you for parts they will overcharge you for labor. They quoted me 3500 to do low arm controls and tire rod ends and I ended up getting it done somewhere else for 1000. The owner Haas is so unprofessional no invoices so you can see what you’re actually paying for you just have to take his word. Shade tree mechanic"

"Well my catalyst converter was stolen on my car and boy was I upset! Well thank god for Haas and happy face car center! They got my car fixed and even got me in a rental! They literally saved my day! They did excellent work and fast! Highly recommend coming here! They do it all even state inspections!"
