"My vehicle got serviced 2 days ago. Oil is leaking crazy. This is second time same thing happened. *update: My car ended up being towed to my regular service shop. I tried to call Take 5 after I read the reply from the owner. Call drops whenever I choose service complaints."

"DO NOT COME HERE if you have a Mercedes. They completely screwed up my car. I came here for an oil change and filter change. They also did coolant exchange and now my car is over heating. They were not able to fix the issue and sent me to claim deportment. Their claim deportment is the worst and have been super slow to help me fix the problem and take forever to reach back after countless calls I made. Even after I finally got in contact they sent me to a body shop and not a mechanical shop. Worst service I had Edit: I am still waiting for take 5 to respond to my claim. It has been a month"

"This is or was my usual oil change place to go because is convenient for me. But yesterday I had a bad experience. They took care of the car behind me first, then they have me parked inside the garage for like 20 minutes. The guys just were playing and at one point it seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. It maybe just a bad day for the shop. But I think I’ll start going to the dealership it would take the same or less time for oil change"
