"Hey! I went for an inspection this morning. It was raining pretty heavily but the person who helped me stood out in it when I somehow locked us out of one door and the inspection was done pretty quickly. When it was over I realized I left my wallet at my house and only had a little over half in cash. When I offered him my phone as collateral the guy refused and just told me to get it when I could. I came back right away and he was really cool about it! Very helpful and kind people."
