"Thieves. Scammers!! Criminals! John Howell stole $400 from me. He came out to diagnose my Audi. HE HAD NO TOOLS with him and asked to borrow a screwdriver from me. He was here 15 minutes. I gave him a diagnostic fee and money for the part. Didn’t hear from him ever again. Every time I call his number, Someone else answers and says he’s not around and has no information or knows anything about what’s going on they even hung up on me. Childish and unprofessional. I had to file a complaint with the district attorney."
