"I called ahead and explained what my problem was, what had been done so far and what I needed done. They told me they could fix my vehicle and they set up an appointment with me and told me it would take a few days to complete the job. I take off from work arrange to drop off vehicle, set up replacement vehicle for the few days during repair and a ride back home from the drop off. When I get there the same person tells me they don't do that kind of repair they would diagnose it for $75 and I would need to take it somewhere else for the repair, also said we deal mainly with lots not public?? During our very detailed phone conversation I told him it had been diagnosed and exactly what I needed done. This place was a big waste of time and money from lost work. The response when I asked why they didn't say that on the phone was rude and then he just walked off. This was the owner Chris I was dealing with."
