"Completely rude. Of all the Infiniti vehicles I have owned with over the top service, this location is by far the worst customer service ever. The gentleman i spoke to would not provide his name to avoid being identified. He should definitely work on a lemon lot instead. Wow! 0 stars if I could and totally lost a customer. "Took my Infiniti G37 in because it wouldn't start, turned out my BCM module was faulty. It took nearly 3 months (because of the parts shortage going on, not their fault), but Dallas updated me on a nearly weekly basis on how things were going, and they even let me keep the loaner car for the duration. Great service, great personnel, would definitely recommend."
