"Josh Daniels in the Service department has excellent customer serservice. He genuinely cares about customers. He went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Josh. I really appreciate you. The service manager Juan customer service oriented and he will not go above and beyond. I liked the previous Service Manager. Juan has a cold disposition and could care less about the customers. He is the reason I will never return to Sterling Mccall Service. It was a horrible experience because of him. The guy with the pony tail could care less also. I was not impressed with the service department at all. It is sad that they have one person who cares about the customers and providing good customer service."
"Two times I had to WALK AWAY from my scheduled appointments, especially those two times I met with the “advisor” name: BRANDY! She would make you feel uncomfortable, or make non-sense suggestions, or “let me teach you about this”, so you just can’t stand the attitude, the service, the unreasonable, and just have to leave. The 1st time back in 2020, I had coupon to use the oil change and asked how long it would be the wait (I made appointment before that), she said “I don’t know”, I even asked “is it about 3 hours?”, she still said “I don’t know, even longer than that”. I usually went in and waited about 2,3 hours for oil change, even though I had appointment, but it was fine with me, because they let me know the estimated timeline. But that time I could feel she did not want to provide the service, so I left. Second time, I had all my 4 tires change there around December 2019. In July 2022, I got 1 flat tire and supposed to be covered with the warranty package. I asked her to let me know how much it would be if it did not get covered with the warranty. Instead, she suggested me the price option to change 1 tire & all 4 tires, even though I had those 4 tires change just about 2.5 yrs and the driving mileage was around 30,000 miles since end of that 2019. I couldn’t take the way how she was, I walked out again. Those two times, I know my bill was small or $0 (if the warranty covered the flat tires). FYI: I brought to a national tire selling stores, paid small fee, and got it done in 15 minutes. One thing as cons to consider: “why you should NOT change the tires at the Dealership “ How can she is called herself as “advisor” ? Did she address the main concern of a customer or was just busy pursuing her own agenda? If you continue to come in, I would suggest you see David or Antonio, they are much more kind, genuine, and understanding you as client, not customer (I don’t anymore). MDX is one of my option for my near future upgrading vehicle. And Sterling McCall dealer will not be at the top of my list."
"My Acura was having problems. I called the service center spoke with a lady and she told me that was able to bring my car in for services. Once I brought my car in from a hour away they was unable to diagnose my Vehicle as well as give me a loaner car. I wish they would have been more professional on explaining to me that a loaner car was unavailable. Therefore, my problem was unsolved and I had to drive back a hour which all could have been avoided if they had the right people doing their jobs correctly, answering the correct questions being asked."
