"Mark and Allen go above and beyond other car lot dealers. They make sure they sell you a quality, clean, and preventative maintenanced vehicle at a fair price. Reasonable negotiation is their motus operandi. If you run into some unexpected financial trouble, they are understanding. They are not going to repo your car the day after like most dealers will. In fact they give you reasonable time to recoup your budget to make your payment. The key is communication. Nobody knows what tomorrow will bring. Who can honestly say when a component of a vehicle is going to give way. But if it does these guys go out of their way to help you get back on your way. They ALWAYS have a mechanic, a full fledged shop, and parts to boot at their cost to you. This is the back up needed from a car lot business to satisfy their customers. Kuddos to Mark and Allen. A definate place to shop for a vehicle."

"Allen the owner is a disrespectful and rude a hole. This place is also a small dealership with their own in house financing. The first time I had an issue with Allen was I had taken my car in for repairs. They were going to replace the clutch. Well it took them like two weeks to figure out why the new clutch was not working in the car, when I got the car back the clutch was really hard. I had to really crank that thing down in order for me to switch gears. Well a few months maybe three or four went by and it finally gave out. I could not witch gears anymore. Given that I had been dealing with Mark that is a really nice man, and given that we were still financing a car through them I left things like that and had it fixed by someone else on my end. When I would call to check on the car, to see if it was ready. Allen was always rude. He told me that he was frustrated and the his mechanics didn't have all day to try and figure out what was going on with my car. That I was destroying his business and that it was taking up parking space. I remember mentioning it to Mark which was really nice again like always and let it go. Well today 6/11/14 I called simply to speak to Mark and ask him a question and Allen answered the phone. Instead of telling me Mark was not there today, or Mark was not available. He went to asking me what I wanted and what my name was. I gave him my name and then he said that he was the owner and that he made all the decisions and if I had something to say that I could tell him. I told Allen I didn't want to speak with him since he had previously been rude and he then told me he was going to be if I didn't listen to him. So I said I don't want to speak to you and hung up the phone. The car we finance through them does suck as well. That is partly our fault however, I don't really know what we were thinking but we honestly didn't even test drive the car. We just trusted them, bad choice yes I know. When I hit the brake it clucks, it did it since the beginning. A few months after we purchased it started making this horrible screeching noise, I mean I was in fear driving the car. We took it to Pep Boys and they gave us and $800 estimate and they said the whole bottom of the car was rusted. They asked if it had been in water, of course we didn't know. The engine light is always on and when they have looked at it they say its a bad sensor and that there is nothing wrong with the car. Also at the beginning it would turn off when I was stopped. It would turn off when I was at a red light. They did fix that, at least I think. That is if they didn't do a mickey mouse. I would never recommend or think about financing another car through them. Never, not in a million years. I feel bad for Mark that he is in partnership with an a hole like Allen. A good suggestion to Allen would be, maybe take some customer service classes and learn how to treat your clients. DONT GO THERE ALLEN IS A HORRIBLE RUDE PERSON. I will give it a one star only because of Mark, but if it was all Allen he would be a negative 5 stars."
