"Bad service! Came here with a specific problem in my car and I bought the piece needed to repair it. They replaced the piece, and then when I went to align my car with other company, they said that I had everything messed up and that I should go back to my mechanic so they can fix it. In Natcar they just said “that’s easy to fix” and gave me the car. At the end, when driving back home I realized that the issue I had, that was the reason why I went to repair it, was still there!! And I called them and they just said that they did everything they could and didn’t know how to fix that specific problem. Came home without 400$ and with my car still with issues. I do not recommend it to anyone."
