Reps were not really busy but seemed to busy to help or ask did I need assistance with anything,and then when they finally did ,they either didn't have the part or only 1 of each in different brands or just weren't available for a BMW. Not complaints it happens but customer service part needs improvement."

"On 9/23/23, I was feeling really down and discouraged…as I had a rough day prior because my car was involved and a hit/run accident. It was still drivable but needed some pieces worked on to keep the tire from rubbing against it. I went to 4 stores before coming to advance auto parts without receiving any help. Once I entered the store, I was greeted and helped immediately. This angel (Idalia) provided superb customer service! I mean unbelievable. She got on the ground in 101 degree weather to assist me!!! Her act of kindness truly blessed/astonished me as I was recently turned down help from so many stores, for something so easy.
