"Waited at the front office to get a vehicle inspection. Like an idiot, I waited for about 10 minutes. Not ONE person came up front! Won’t be doing that again - besides that the place is a dump! Negative 5 stars!!!"
"So my wife took our car in due to our battery was losing power fast and would have to charge battery. Tested alternator and it tested fine but when driving i could watch battery drain and then it seemed like alternator would work and charge up battery. This was not always the case though. Had a battery monitor on car and car would drive normal until battery was drained down. Disconnected all extra electronics like dashcam. Wife took car in and they could not find an issue said alternator was fine just like when i tested it. Then ran codes and said a vacuum switch needed to be replaced. This did not show up when i ran codes but we paid to replace it. Then 2 days later i went to work and had same issue again so i took it back. Not really sure i needed the part that was replace a few days prior i did not get a code on it but they said they did. First day (Aug 16th) they said John was off and would have to come back the next day. Came back (Aug 17 0800) and they said alternator was bad. I asked about the last repair they said there was damage to the wires like a mouse chewed throw them. They quoted me the price to fix and started work. I was there for 8.5 hours and i get it as they were busy, but when i got home opened hook to see and they had sprayed antifreeze all over the car i assumed opened it when it was hot. Then found a couple screws around engine that were just laying there. Today i was off so wanted to go through it all and see where screw came from noticed one of the plastic covers in fender-well was missing that coverers oil filter and bottom side of the engine. I really wanted to like this place as my wife has taken car there a couple times over 6 years. It is about 20 miles away from us but not sure i will end up going back. I understand being busy and know to swap alternator they had to take AC hoses off but 8.5 hours seemed really excessive. The part i have more of an issue with is finding screws not put back and then missing the plastic cover for oil filter. The large splash shield i pulled off but the side one they removed to get to the compressor was still in place before i had the work. I would expect a shop would have all parts they took off a car in one area and make sure they all go back on. Would have given them 1 star but i know they were busy and trying to help others also. I am thinking working on my car then moving it out to work on others the parts they pulled off were misplaced."
"Horrible service!! I took my car here 3 months ago and they were supposed to replace all breaks and drums. Well this week, I noticed that there was a grinding noise coming from the tires. I decided to go ahead and check them. They looked like this. I called to talk to the manager and he told me this happens every 3-4 months. Also I was told it depends on how fast you drive and use the breaks. Considering I use a company truck for travel my car sits alot not being used. The manager was very rude and flat out told me he doesn't believe me. I then asked if this was how he treats all of his customers he said yes."
