"Do not use! I want to start by stating that my family has used Tray Roger's Southwest Collison many times. No more. We reached out to schedule repairs to my wife's car. She took it to Tray and he provided an estimate for our insurance. Last night she called the business number to learn what time they opened. The call rang to his cell phone. Seeing how it was 11:30, Tray was asleep and didn't appreciate being disturbed. My wife apologized and explained the reason for the call. This morning, we took the car to Southwest Collison. Trey was still upset. He was unreasonable and rude. Obviously we decided against using him. I contacted our insurance adjuster to notify him of our plan to shop for another repair center. He asked about our decision. After I shared the story, he commented that he had a bad experience with Trey during our claim."

"A very rude person ; his quality of work and craftsmanship is questionable also . Charging for work, parts , and materials that it is not needed to fix the damage . If there is a small scratch his remedy is to charge for an entire new part instead of trying to repair small damages. I will never take my car back to this establishment and recommend that if you are considering this business cross your fingers and get ready for Trey Rogers to be extremely rude and condescending"
"There aren't enough words to express how amazing Southwest Collision is! We brought our 2019 Kia Sportage in and Tray Rogers was absolutely amazing! He guided us through the insurance process, provided us a loaner car, and had our car fixed and looking good as new in less than a week! Tray has a wealth of knowledge about the insurance process, as well as some great life experience also!
