"I recommend if you love your windshield and hate the paint on your car. I took my 2017 Escape here on 11/14 and they replaced the windshield in an hour. I paid, and drove it home where it sat all day. Today, my wife pointed out all the chipped paint from the install. I called the supervisor who told me to bring it back so they could see it. When I brought it back they blamed it on flaky paint that came off during the install. I asked them why they didn't tell me about it yesterday and they admitted they didn't know why they didn't say anything, or make a record that the paint was flaking off during install, but they said they were not going to make it right. They can't prove the paint was flaking during install, and I can't prove it wasn't (it's a 6yo car with no rust or damage in the area). All I know is it had paint before the install and was missing paint after the install and no one said a word about it. So, what can you do to a deceitful business who already has your money but leave a bad review."
"Great experience from start to finish. Our windshield was heavily damaged by baseball sized hail a few weeks ago and needed to be replaced badly. We called so many places who wanted an astronomical amount for a replacement. Trey with Auto Glass Now was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Very kind and informative and got us in the very next day. We walked to Cafe Medi next door and within an hour, had a brand new windshield! Top notch service at an affordable price."
