"I used to always go to Autozone for batteries or lights. But the service had been lackluster especially the past few times I went. I was at one and was given a really bad attitude by the clerk, and was going to go to a different location when I decided I would just try out O reilly's instead. I should add the lady on the phone from Autozone was exceptionally rude to me. I'm glad I went here instead! Professional, and good service. I will be taking my business here from now on and am only upset I didn't try this store sooner. Thank you."

"Lack of customer service & no acknowledgement of customers entering the store. Loyal customer no more, cannot stand going in brick and mortar auto parts stores any longer. Cmon Oreillys, I KNOW you can do better as a company… Not specifically this store ( 538 ) but most in the dfw area. Terrible."

"I’d give no stars if I could. Have been going to this location since 2007 and has been progressively worse every year. I go to have my brake rotors turned on a Saturday, they said their guy who normally does it won’t be in till Monday. I show up Monday and then they told me they lost the adapter for Toyota so I asked when would they be able to get that replaced, and that’s when the manager told me it was $500 and too expensive. So why offer the service? Then I go to test my starter yesterday and was told their machine was down. This store should be ashamed of themselves!"
