"I have never been more impressed with a company and personnel than this CB location. Although I had work done on my cooling system at another CB by the time I drove approximately 50 miles someone pointed out fluid covered the ground. I found the system was bone dry. I spoke with Carlos who arranged for a tow, fixed the issue and covered it under the other warranty although, in my understanding, it wouldn't have been necessarily contracted that way. He also stayed in touch with me several times during the day to let me know the progress. Also, the tow truck driver was beyond and exceptionally nice. Give Carlos a pay raise, day off, promotion and a beer! Way to go Carlos!"

"I went in on October 10 to get an alignment, and I needed that plus many other things. I could not afford their services, so I had to decline. I needed the work done, so I prayed. I know God provides but I didn’t know how He would. I met another woman who was getting her car serviced that Saturday for free. Later that day Bill called and told me they wanted to fix several things, including rack and pinion! I was overjoyed at this miracle!
