"I called to get the price of an oil change and asked when the soonest they could get me in with an appt.around 5. The guy I was talking to said the same day at 5:30 so I said alright sounds good I will be there. Get to the shop alittle after 5:30, the only guy there tells me they are closed and he doesn't speak English so he can't reschedule me...not sure what happened there, but extremely unprofessional."
