"Rolled in very close to closing time on a Friday night. Ruby greeted us as if we were the first customer of the day. She was extremely helpful and when I couldn’t find my size she looked at other locations. Still no luck so she suggested I order them online. She assured me they would arrive before rodeo and YES they did. I really appreciate Ruby going the extra mile. Her customer service skills were great and you just don’t get that anymore. We were greeted right away and we got full service after knowing it was boot-virgin. Nick took the time to explain the difference between boot styles and made suggestions for casual and dress boots.
