"Drove out to the la Cantera vans store and arrived at 11:15 to a closed store, walked to get coffee and came back around 11:30 to a still dark store. Waited in the shade of the doorway it’s 89 degrees (I’m on crutches and my wife has a baby in the stroller) employee walks by with a handful of food and doesn’t acknowledge the very obvious family standing in front of store on his way to presumably the merchant access hallway. Super garbage experience for what should have been a casual shoe buying trip. (After reading other reviews this is a common complaint with this store)"

It is now 11:10, The store has yet to be opened or even show signs of life inside. No lights, no employees. How is this okay? Can we make sure the store is open during posted business hours? "They have a great customer service. We bought a pair of shoes for my husband that were on sale. We ended up going back to the store before leaving the mall because I realized the price charged wasn't right. So the same cashier that made the mistake did a refund apologizing for her mistake. Everything went smoothly, even with that small mistake."
