"Went in to exchange some shoes that didn’t fit. Found the shoes i wanted in my size and they happened to be the last ones but were a bit dirty. One of the employees (i think the manager) offered to clean them for me and he got them in good quality. even threw in some extra cleaning wipes for free !"

"Chris seems to be the only guy on the floor actually working. Very nice bloke and helpful. Montez could definitely benefit from some tips from him. Sub par service from Montez does no behind to describe how incredibly awful his customer service to me was. The 5 star is all Chris’ doing."

"Went into the store with my family, and the employees were very nice and attentive. I went in to try a shoe on just to check my size in that style. They didn’t have it but offered a close second. Was a sales item and the last pair. They scoured the back for it, turns out wasn’t a pair, which was ok! The store manager Kim was awesome, She gave us some great info and was very nice. Had a wonderful conversation with her. The customer service offered there is top notch, and will definitely have future customers in my family and I. Thank you Kim and staff for all the help."

"I’ve shopped here a couple of times and I’ve never had an issue. But the other day I bought some nike sneakers at this location hoping to have a great experience but one of the workers (big black lady who I didn’t catch the name of) helped me out and essentially gave me terrible attitude the whole time. 1. For some reason she did not let me grab the box of shoes to try on at my own comfort and would rudely tell me to “Not touch the shoes”. 2. Gave me attitude for not liking the way the shoes looked on me 3. And never helped me get another pair of shoes when I nicely asked if I could try on another pair... instead she never returned. I don’t know if that’s the way her attitude is (which I could understand to some extent) but I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time and I hope other nice customers don’t have to go through that especially when they are being nice to her despite her terrible attitude. On the other hand the rest of the employees were both extremely helpful after the lady disappeared. If I end up returning I really hope she won’t be the one to help me. Thanks."

"I'm Sneaker YouTuber and I do honest videos on sneaker stores in San Antonio and around the surrounding area. So here's my take on the customer experience in your store. +Customer engagement was quick but not annoying. -Don't herd me to the Jordan Retro releases not all of us like them. +/-The prettier the girl the quicker service. -Military discount is 20% but not on every shoe. You reserve the right to honor it or not honor but I've watched potential customers leave and buy the exact shoe they would've purchased from you at another store. That's bad for your reputation in this town. +You do have some of the best clearances deals as that's pretty much all I check for when I come because most stores in the mall beat your prices. Overall a good experience from browsing to purchase but it's all in the employees and management. Remember management and leadership are two very different things. This is key when hiring younger employees. I've watched that disparity play out with a customer concern."
