"I have always liked JC Penneys since I was a kid! They usually have what I need and I am old school and like to go into a store and look to see what all they have. I ordered a pair of shoes cause they only had a couple of sizes left. The association helped me order the shoes and I was on my way! I will continue to shop there when I need new clothes!"

"Well for one, I just wanted to buy the one damn thing I had but this cashier lady name Terrie wouldn’t let me pay for it and instead kept on and on about a stupid JCPenney card, I’m a single dad going through a lot and I was so embarrassed to have to keep telling this lady I had no interest in a damn JCPenney card, then after she finally took my answer of no she then told me how now she gonna get a lower cashier score like it’s my problem??? I came to buy a single item and I got embarrassed and then she tried to make me feel bad bc I didn’t ruin my credit. On top of all this the whole store smells like mold, the selection of clothes is pathetic, the manager stand around and laugh, nobody greeted me when I can and nobody offered me help other than being house for a JCPenney credit card, the whole store stuff with mold and look horrendous, the whole store is trash and it’s no wonder nobody shops there anymore. I hope it goes out of business soon and is replaced with something that’s actually worth something"

"Found jeans for grandson in slim. I really hope they get some more in in 16 slim. Thereabouts. Seem to be good quality for low price. Very nice store. Nice friendly employees."

"The lady at the jewelry counter was incredible. We talked about Grandchildren, trips, and jewelry. We went in looking for just 1 piece. We ended up buying 6 pieces. They had terrific sales going on. Way cheaper than online. This lady, I wish I could recall her name, was so informative and knowledgeable. She was a little older, as am I. It was a wonderful experience. Don't rule out J.C. Penny for your Jewelry needs."
