"Horrible customer service!! They called me one day stating that I have good credit with them and want to give me 100 off the next purchase... I told them I was interested on getting some furniture but that was that they call me two weeks later talking about my payment didn't go threw and I thought it was a account from another store I still owe they wanted to charge me $87 and when I asked them what was this about they said it was my payment after late fee and now they charge you when u pay with your card!!! I said no. I called the other store, and he helped me out, but I never received my refund... I called them the following day and told them I wanted to speak to their manager because they were still charging me and in ridiculous amounts.. They said they closed my account and I would receive my refund... I've never stepped in that store to see any furniture. I never met this new group and are trying to get me to pay for furniture that I never even saw. Today, I woke up seeing my account being charged 3 times!!!! Don't do business with bestway they are unprofessional and rude"

"They make you pay on things you can’t use cause they have to order the part!Told them a few times to come get their things they didn’t but the bill kept going up. They try and run every card you have used with them and they don’t have consent to run them.!!"

"0 STARS!! Terrible customer service they gave me and my gf the run around for about 3 to 4 months. We was getting a washer and dryer and was paying the whole time without a missed payment and still didn't see the washer nor the dryer, And when we set a appointment to get it delivered on January 9 they put it for December 9. Then day of we was looking for it they told us we had the wrong store so we went up there and they tried to say it was our fault about the date mix up. The Manger offered to go get the parts and we could pick it up in the u haul if we could but we couldn't so we called so and made an appointment....we called up to the store to be sure it was delivered and he(omar) said they cant and i asked for refund and he said the manger could help us the next day....we called NO MANGER 10 outta 10 would not recommend...I recommend buddies"

"Wasn't told that was a used couch when I bought it because it was only minor damages and it was a $1000 couch for $350, so I took it. My problem is the amount of times Brian calls me every single day for a used couch. I explained to them that my mom was in the hospital and she nearly almost died and he continued to harass my phone and even called my dad. I think that is highly disrespectful. This place is extremely unorganized and I didn't even know that I was supposed to be making payments on the couch and this is the last time I will be doing business here"
