"The Samsung rep was amazing. I got the info I needed he helped me pick out a screen protector I bought it. Paid to have it put on and went over to wait for it to be put on after 45 minutes of waiting and them helping everyone else that was walking up I returned my purchase got my money back and left. The lady knew we were waiting for assistance and proceeded to help everyone else guess for that part ill have to take my business somewhere else. But as far as the best buy employees and the Samsung rep they were super nice and helpful."
