"Horrible customer service from “manager” Josh. I purchased an in stock microwave because mine is broken. After two days of the microwave order not being available for pick up I call the store. They say it is in stock and I can come pick it up. I get there and so called manager Josh says I will need to cancel my order for a gift card refund and re purchase my microwave in the store so I will have spent 400$ at Lowe’s solving a problem that is easily solvable. I do not want a refund in a gift card because I will never be shopping at Lowe’s again customer service used to be good, but after my experience with Josh I am a Home Depot man now. Furthermore the item was never out of stock and the problem could have been easily solved if this store’s employees cared ever so slightly about costumer service. My microwave is being shipped in a week and a half. So I am microwaveless until that point. I worked in retail, it is not difficult to have an existing in stock item fulfill a purchase."
