"This Kroger sucks they don’t have their cashier line open more then one most of the time and if you choose to go to self scan they doubt on you that you have scanned all your items or not, I asked the older person who was working their to check my receipt to see I scanned or not and he refused to see mine and he choose to see what he can access by him self from system while I was leaving he called me back from the gate that you have not scanned the item it is so disrespectful for any customer to come back like this as I have asked him to check my receipt at the same time when he asked me did I scanned the item or not. He was not able to I scanned it or not but I was able to see in my receipt that I scanned and the other person who was a manager she was able to see as well, So you can not blame any person cause you are lack of skill to see the receipt So disrespectful once you asked them to see and they refuse you and then call you back when you are out of gate Not everyone come to steal before doubt you have to be so confident about it otherwise it’s disrespect of your customers"

"Treats their employees like numbers, all they care about is numbers, I witnessed a supervisor telling a bagger than she didn’t greet a customer but she said “have a nice day”, they track everything they do, they tell them to bag faster to meet a quota. I feel bad for the employees and really don’t like shopping here."

"I brought the receipt where my husband bought me roses. one of the heads was broken. Now this has happened to me before where they fought me on an exchange. I have the receipt with me and she accused me of breaking the head. They fight you on fruit exchanges when the fruit is bad. I'm not buying from them again. I have never seen such poor customer service. The $7 bunch of flowers and I got a .50 clearance rose to replace it. I'm tired of them being aggressive when people steal stuff from them like crazy."

"The best neighborhood Kroger. So familiar with this location I could shop with my eyes closed. From the deli to the frozen section and everywhere in between each aisle is just what I expect-grocery heaven."

"INSTCART shop and delivery this visit. Store was well stocked, clean, and pleasant in the way of hospitality from staff, and customers also friendly and more than I have noticed in other settings and places. Almost as if it were staged or being acted as a play. Excellent visit!"
