"I didn’t even order anything from this company, yet myself, husband AND sick child were woken up abruptly by a rude worker banging on my door and repeatedly ringing my doorbell like a child, he didn’t even look at the address he was delivering to! Maybe teach your employees to read the work orders BEFORE they reach their destination."

"Charlie Brown THE GENERAL MANAGER is very rude and disrespectful. Charlie Brown came to my establishment at 8:00am screaming to the top of his lungs, he was threatening to kick my door down, he disturbed all the residents in the vicinity. A neighbor mentioned pressing charges on him to her attorney because she said the disruption was so invasive of everyone in the vicinity. He beat on my door for 20 minutes screaming in the hallway. Disturbing everyone. Charlie Brown is very unprofessional, when I alerted them to come pick up; they were under the impression that I was home alone (F) the individual Charlie Brown sent to my establishment tried to force himself on me and corporate will be contacted. Everything about buddy’s (5717 Preston Highway Louisville, Kentucky 40219) is unprofessional. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL."
