"Title: Terrible Experience with Store Manager Sam I recently had an absolutely dreadful experience at this store, and it all came down to the behavior of the Store Manager, Sam. Firstly, I encountered misinformation from Sam, which led to an unauthorized charge of $1,300 on my card. This is completely unacceptable, and it reflects a lack of professionalism and competence on their part. To make matters worse, Sam's attitude was beyond rude. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake and working to resolve it, I was met with arrogance and disrespect. Customer service should be a priority, but it seems like it's the last thing on Sam's mind. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against buying anything from this store. The combination of misinformation, unauthorized charges, and a rude manager make it a place I would not recommend to anyone. There are plenty of other establishments that treat their customers with the respect they deserve. In conclusion, avoid this store at all costs and spare yourself the headache and frustration I had to endure."

"My wife and I had never been to this store, but we got a gift card from a friend specifically for Williams-Sonoma so we drove there and used it to purchase a Nespresso machine. When we got home and set it up it was displaying an error code upon unboxing and did not work properly, and also the 12 Nespresso pods sampler box that was labeled as included in the box was missing. We called the store and they were extremely helpful and proactive, and we were able to return the machine and exchange it for one that worked properly that included all the correct items in the packaging. We felt like the management at the store had the entire staff involved in helping us. We talked to several people throughout the process and they had all exchanged notes about our issue and made it a seamless process, one that most likely would have been much more frustrating without the personal touch they were able to provide. We are very happy with our product, and wanted to share that the staff took a challenging situation in stride."

"If you can’t get your order delivered it’s probably because the person working the front desk hangs up on anyone trying to get your shipment delivered. Terrible customer service absolutely would NOT recommend."
