Old Navy

"I will never go back to this store. 2 weeks ago I was told by a cashier at this store that if I applied for an Old Navy credit that they would not charge me any interest...lies..Now I've been dealing with this store for over 2 weeks to just try and get my $39.45 paid off. The employees tell me that they cannot help me with how to pay my amount off. I just spoke with a manager by the name of Dolly which instead of helping me with my matter all she chose to do was argue. That is not the way you treat any customer. I want my problem solved instead of my credit being ruined. I do not recommend this store to anyone..Dolly is very disrespectful. Etc."

"I had a great experience at Old Navy today. I was purchasing some pants and noticed they rang up differently than I had expected ($50 per item and I thought they were $15 according to the signage). I asked the cashier why they were ringing up that way and she asked where I got them and I told her. She went and looked and came back and gave me both for $15 each.(their signage was incorrect). That was very good customer service. Some places wouldn’t go ahead and give you the cheaper price because their signage was wrong but she did and with no hesitation. It’s Rare I shop there but have been in twice recently and will continue to go back. Thank you for great customer service."

"I love Old Navy. Most probably because it's cheap and cheerful and not available in Australia. Huge store, I went back a few times and it could be a little messy at times. However the staff were super friendly and they got to k now me as the Australian as I did a few bulk buys."
