"3/7/2019 my Car caught on fire ! After I had service they ordered a part it needed and said they would call me once it was in ! They let me drive off I even asked is it safe to drive they said yess & three days later it caught on fire while I was driving ! Don’t ever purchase a car here ! Ever !!! That’s why they buy these old cars & flip them for double ! Oh yea and when I got to auto nation no one offered to help me w nothing or even a rental ! The manager Joe is not useful at all! Had to come update my service ! Oh yea called corporate no one has called back !!!! Negative 0 !!!"

"Grew up driving Mitsubishi. Was in Market to buy a small SUV as a family vehicle and daily commute, checked multiple brands and Mitsubishi stood par fair and reasonable compared with others. "spoke to the sales man for 3 days about purchasing a Cadillac Escalade ESV. drove 2 hours to go pick up the vehicle. it was not ready it was at the service shop with the mechanics, hood open and everything, it had not pass inspection yet and they were waiting for parts. Sales man Alan didn't took me seriously. I ended up just getting up leaving frustrated and going to another dealership and I purchased this escalade 4 hours after leaving that dealership."

"These guys told me I could have 3 years of free oil changes to sell the car... when i went back to sign paper work and confirm they acted like I was making the whole thing up. Go to Hub MITSUBISHI in Katy or 290 they are way better"
