"I came into this location today around 2pm to shop for my 3 year old son new clothes and Jennifer was quick to help and assist me in finding proper outfits for my son to wear on a day to day bases and some that were good for special occasions. I definitely enjoyed my experience with this location and plan on returning. Thank you Jennifer and all the staff for the help today it was really appreciated"

"I have NEVER felt so mom shamed before yesterday. I went in yesterday(Sunday January 16th 2022) around 5pm and there was a blonde and brunette working, which I had to find the employees bc the store was empty on the carters side. Well I was looking for a big brother shirt for my son who wears between 18m-2T and I couldn’t find any in his size, so I went to ask the employees… well this was their response “well we don’t carry anything smaller then a 4T in big brother shirts bc typically women wait until at least that size to have another child”. WOW what in the world?! Sense when was my PLANNED child such a shame to have within 2 years of my first child? I will never support the carters brand ever again and this will be reported to corporate. I absolutely can’t believe these women are even working in a children’s store."

"They greet you from the moment you enter the store. They are helpful. I came in with my infant in my arms and the sale associate grabbed the in store shopping bag to hand to me. She asked me if I was looking for anything in particular and I was. She helped located all of the items I was looking for. She was so amazing that she was helping me and another customer at the same time. She took my bag to checkout and that was a breeze. I am a Carter's rewards member and had $10 to redeem. The last Carter's I went to did not say a word to me about it. She took out the time to get that all done for me. I love this location because they asks if you want your receipt emailed to you or printed. I had my hands tied so it was a given to have it emailed. The nice associate that helped me always helped me with my bags to the door and held it open. Now they have a loyal customer at that location."

"We like going to this location because it also has osh gosh attached as well. We like the store for getting most of the kids clothing as they always have sales going on and having a toddler he grows out of them quickly. This store is always clean and the staff is friendly even though some of the customers can think their entitled lol."
